Must have IELTS overall 4.5 points, to consider for Australian vacancies.
In addition to test results you will need exceptional command of English to manage operations and communicate with the team.
Income
Based on skills, you will earn a minimum of AUD 42,000 per annum in Australia.
Prerequisites
Coordinating the operation of the restaurant.
Managing staff.
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of the main hospitality aspects; quality, service and cleanliness.
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals.
Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
Follow policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
Monitor and maintain the POS System.
