Other Requirements
Must have IELTS overall 5 points with a minimum of 4.5 in each of the four test components to consider for Australian work sponsorships.
In addition to test results you will need exceptional command of English to manage operations and communicate with the team.
Income
Based on skills, you will earn a minimum of AUD 54,000 per annum in Australia.
Reports to: Venue Manager / Owners
Skills
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
Managing staff and management and providing them with coaching and direction.
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of the main hospitality aspects; quality, service and cleanliness.
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals.
Follow policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
Monitor and maintain the POS System.
